- Legal professionals handling digital evidence
- Authorized personnel dealing with electronic records
The tools are designed to assist in evidence verification under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.

- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
6. Tool Results & Evidence
While our tools are designed to assist with evidence verification:
- Results should be verified by qualified professionals
- Hash values and analysis outputs should be cross-verified
- The Platform does not guarantee legal admissibility of results
- Users are responsible for proper evidence handling procedures

In no event shall Punjab Investigation Tools, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
